REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

All sales are final. I understand there are no refunds. If I request a chargeback, I am immediately BANNED from any events produced by Alchemy Productions LLC, Lucia Gabriela LLC, and affiliates. If I cannot honor our agreements, I cannot keep any negotiation agreements and boundaries, putting event participants in harm.

If I cannot make it to the event. I have two options: 

1) I can sell/transfer my ticket to someone else. I am responsible for requesting the transfer at sarasotadarktemple@gmail.com. and providing the name, email, and phone number of the person I am transferring my ticket.

2) I can request a credit for another Alchemy Production LLC event. I understand that the credit request must be made at least three days before the ticketed event starts. I am responsible for requesting a credit at sarasotadarktemple@gmail.com. I understand any last-minute credit request will not be granted. Additionally, the event producer will provide a credit code for the ticket value to use toward another event, and I understand I have only 30 days to claim my credit. After 30 days, the credit code is not available.

I understand that if I don't provide proper transfer or credit requests before the event and don't show up. Then, I cannot ask for credit.
